Ordering from out site is very easy! By using the department names to the left you can browse through our extensive catalogue. We have over 17,000 products on-line! To help you navigate though the catalogue you'll notice that we have sub divided the catalogue into sub categories.

If you are looking for something specific try our search bar located at the top right of this page and every other page. Enter up to three words for your search "red and gold" or "green rosette" for example and we'll find the closest match for you. If you get more results back than you expected, try narrowing the search with more specific information such as the width of the item "red ribbon 25", or use the drop down menu to search only one department.

Once you have found the items you'd like to purchase enter the amount you'd like to order in the quantity box then click the Add button. The pink basket at the top of the page will change to show it now contains items and will give you a total cost. Please note we have a minimum order of £5.00 (GBP) and an additional charge of £1.10 GBP) for delivery.

Once you have filled out your delivery details choose your payment option. Currently we only accept order via PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order and direct bank transfer. If paying by cheque or postal order, please write the order reference number on the back of your cheque/order, or even better, print out the confirmation or the e-mail we send you when you order is complete.
