All our ribbons, buttons and haberdashery products are sold individually or by the metre rather than pre packed. This reduces the cost and allows you to purchase the exact amounts you require.

We accept credit & debit card payments, PayPal accounts, cheques and postal orders or alternatively a quicker method is to pay directly into our bank account either through internet banking or at your local branch of Barclays.

Colours have been a nightmare to describe. I’m sure you’ll appreciate for an instance that what one person calls peach another will call oyster or apricot. This goes on right across the colour ranges. We’ve tried our best on this one and are trying to find some kind of universally recognized colour chart that could be used for reference. The problem we find however is that the ones available over the web appear differently on different computers. To help on this we offer a sample service, whereby if you send a stamped self address envelope to Ribbonmoon, 43 Banbury Street, Talke, Stoke on Trent, Staffs, ST7 1JG, we will return a small sample of the product. With buttons we will try and find some kind of colour sample. Any other ideas on this would be welcome.

Unwanted items can be returned at the customer’s expense if within ten days of receipt. Some items such as sewing threads and embroidery skeins cannot be returned as they are an unsealed measured length. Also products such as ribbons, elastic and cords cannot be returned as we would be left with the problem of selling on the odd lengths to other customers.

The minimum order is only £5.00 GBP (STERLING). Postage and packaging is a standard £1.10 charge no matter how large the order. All prices are in GBP(sterling). If you would like us to ship your order overseas, place your order and we will get back to you via email regarding revised postage cost and payment.

At the moment we are a small but growing family concern, and as such are not V.A.T. registered. This should be good news for you though as the price you see is the price you pay.
